FIELD: food industry, namely, production of meat products for early age children. ^ SUBSTANCE: composition contains horseflesh and non-fatty pork, previously blanched at temperature ranging from 80°C to 100°C during 15-25 min with ratio of meat material to water 1:1, vegetable oil, rice flour, salt, water, taste-aromatic emulsion. The latter includes ether oil of fennel, ether oil of caraway, lecithin, special gum, pectin.
