Code is provided for generating an order for goods or services. The order is generated from a plurality of order choices. These are held in a memory tag, which is a transponder device with a memory for storing digital content. The memory tag may be provided in a physical document or some other physical artefact. Methods of ordering goods, receiving orders for goods, and for creating appropriate code are all described.
