FIELD: organic chemistry, medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new derivatives of tetrahydropyridine of the formula (I): wherein (a) means unsubstituted phenyl group or phenyl group substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substitutes chosen independently among (C1-C4)-alkoxy-group, or (b) means unsubstituted indolyl group; R1 and R2 are similar or different and mean hydrogen atom, (C1-C4)-alkyl or phenyl group; X means alkylene group with a direct chain comprising 5, 6, 7 carbon atoms, and to their pharmaceutically acceptable salts also. Also, invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition possessing the inhibitory activity with respect to HDAC based on these compounds.
