FIELD: mechanical engineering; valves and fittings. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed bypass valve is furnished with control unit which accommodates distributing three-way valve with electromagnet drive, control unit with spring-loaded piston and bypass valve checking prohibit unit with control piston. Outlet space in housing of bypass valve is connected by pneumatic line with underpiston space of control unit with spring-loaded piston. Overpiston space of control unit is connected by pneumatic lines with first output of distributing three-way valve and, through adjustable restrictor, with vent pipe. Second output of distributing three-way valve is connected by pneumatic line with underpiston space of bypass valve inner housing. Input of distributing three-way valve is connected by pneumatic line with output of checking prohibit unit. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of systems of compressor pipe fittings. ^ 1 dwg |
