A mobile station apparatus capable of performing efficient processings related to CQI to suppress unnecessary power consumption and suppress interference with other mobile stations. In this mobile station apparatus, a signaling detecting part (71) detects, from a signaling included in a DPCH as despread, a switch timing of an HSDPA serving cell, that is, a switch timing at which base stations are switched as a destination of the CQI, and notifies a control part (72) of the switch timing and a timing of detecting the switch timing. If the switch timing is between a timing of commencing an SIR determination and a timing of terminating a CQI transmission, then the control part (72) controls, based on the timing detected by the signaling detecting part (71), the CQI production by a CQI producing part (60) and a CQI transmission by a transmission part (80). |
