There are provided a liquid discharge head, a liquid discharge device, and a liquid discharge head manufacturing method to be applied to an ink jet printer of the thermal method in which a heating element and a transistor driving the heating element are formed as a unitary block on a substrate and capable of reducing the parasitic resistance value as compared to the conventional value. The metal oxide field effect transistor driving the heating element has a gate electrode formed by polycide structure or metal gate structure.
