The system has a rectangular plate (2) to be fixed on a lower side of a table top. A slot (10) across the plate has a groove (11) connecting a tapered circular projection (7) of the plate with a semi-circular projection (9) on an edge (8) of the plate. The slot extends between the upper end of an upright and a connection base of the plate during relative clamping that permits to embed the upper end on the circular projection.
