The system has border rods (20) and crosspiece rods (30) that are assembled with each other for providing linen strips (11-13) and platforms (42-44) installed in successive positions at ground. The border rods have terminal parts comprising reception housings which are maintained in bias in the platforms. The strips are configured along a curve to form the successive coils with a helicoid configuration. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a method for constructing a circulation space (B) a circulation space constructed based on a circulation space construction system.
