<p>Particularly foamable plastics are injection-moulded in multi-part injection moulding tools by spraying an adhesion agent onto one side of a film and subsequently heating to dry it and activate the adhesion agent, as well as to convert it to a plastic state. Then it is deep-drawn in vacuum, is punctured, and finally the rear side is sprayed with thermoplastic material and cut to remove the moulded section. Pref. the mass for injection is foamable, soft PVC, polyurethane, polystyrene or polyethylene.</p> |
