<p>An electrostatic precipitator cell (300) is provided according to an embodiment of the invention. The electrostatic precipitator cell (300) includes a connection rod (301) including first (401) and second (402) ends, a length (L), a cross-sectional shape, and a lengthwise surface (404). The electrostatic precipitator cell (300) further includes collection plates (302) located in spaced-apart arrangement on the connection rod (301). A collection plate (302) includes at least one aperture (506). The central aperture (506) substantially conforms to the cross-sectional shape of the connection rod (301). The electrostatic precipitator cell (300) further includes an attachment device (s) (507) for removably attaching the collection plates (302) to the connection rod (301). The collection plates (302) are held in a substantially parallel orientation on the connection rod (301) by the attachment device(s) (507).</p> |
