The invention relates to a helical antenna comprising at least one helix which is formed by at least two radiating conductive strands (20<SUB>1</SUB>,20<SUB>2</SUB>), wherein at least one of said conductive strands (20<SUB>1</SUB>,20<SUB>2</SUB>) extends into at least two sub-strands (24) which are separated by a slot (22) with a pre-determined height (23) and width. According to the invention, the aforementioned slot (22) is connected at at least one point to a current antinode (30) such as to authorise the multiband operation of the antenna. |
