The printed sun blind has a web which is printed on by a digital printing process involving the use of a solvent. The sun blind web is of wound via a spring traction mechanism on to a shaft in a roller blind housing, from which it can be wound up over the rear or side window of the vehicle. The sun blind web may consist of a strong foil material perforated with small holes, making 50% of the total surface translucent.
