The ventilator has a fan-like wing (2) in a wing housing (1) of tunnel shape, able to move reciprocally for about 180[deg]. The wing continuously draws in external air and forces out sound-suppressed air, regardless of the direction in which the wing is moving. The wing housing is mounted on a center board (4).
