The waste and rubble collecting bin consists of a body (2) which can be erected along a wall (1) and which has a rigid or flexible cross section (3). The upper side (11) of the bin is open and its other sides (4,5) closed. The bin is mounted on a support frame (7) and is variable in its limits in its longitudinal extent (13). The cross section of the bin may be polygonal, may be triangular with the point orientated downwards, or may be trapezoidal with the longer sides at the top. The body on its upper edge (9) has an elastic sealing strip (8) on the wall side.
