The sensor responsive to temperature and pressure, with a housing to carry the pressure medium, has a ring-shaped plastics component (2) sitting on the measurement cell (1) around its head. A holder (3) for the lead frame (4), with one or more plastics spacers (7), is on one side and a circuit board (5) with an application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) (6) is within the remaining space in the interior of the plastics component. The conductors of the lead frame are bonded (8) to the circuit board. The space between the cell head and the circuit board is filled as a protection against moisture.
