<p>A system and method for implementing an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The ADC includes a converter for generating a timed pulse based on an analog signal and a control signal. The ADC also includes a timing analyzer for generating a digital signal based on the timed pulse. According to the system and method disclosed herein, the present invention achieves a high sampling rate and low latency at low power.</p> |
