<p>The invention relates to bath linen for personal use, in particular for drying purposes, and to the production method thereof. The inventive bath linen is of the type that comprises cotton terry fabric and is made from microfibre terry fabrics using a flat loom to weave three yarns, namely two mircorfibre warp yarns and one cotton and/or polyester/cotton weft yarn. One of the two warp yarns is loose and forms the weave, while the other is strong and forms the base. The bath linen is provided with patterns, logos, anagrams, a border and similar decorative elements which are applied directly to the surface of the fabric. The inventive production method uses a sectional warper which is parameterised in order to prepare the microfibre. According to the invention, the upper and lower warp beams are installed in the shed loom.</p> |
