<p>The device for the guiding of material sheets or material webs, especially in conjunction with printing or other process actions, has a guiding surface (12) along which the material moves. Upon the guiding surface are provided a number of air blast holes (13) to create a compressed air cushion (15), and a number of air suction holes (18) to simultaneously create vacuum regions (23) distributed over the compressed air cushion in such a way that the material sheet (10) or web is drawn through the vacuum regions onto the air cushion and guided spaced away from the guiding surface.</p> |
