<p>The lock to install in the doorpost has a body (1) which incorporates all the assembly elements and is installed in the doorpost (B). When moved, the left-hand lever (2) and the right-hand lever (3) serve to lower the nose lever (5). Fixed to the lever (2) and (3) ends are door-opening knobs (D). When the knob (D) is pressed, the mechanism levers (2) and (3) move setting the L-shaped lever into motion. The latter then sets the- nose lever (5) into motion with the consequential shift of the nose-shaped projection. This shift releases the door and enables its opening. When the door is closed, the throw-out lever (4) presses and contracts the spring (6) and, when the door is reopened, pushes and opens the door (C). The nose lever (5) serves to keep the door (C) closed. After one of the knobs (D) is pressed, the nose lever shifts releasing the door (C).</p> |
