TIRE VULCANIZING METHOD AND VULCANIZER FOR PERFORMING THE METHOD

A tire vulcanizing method and a vulcanizer for performing the method capable of expanding and contracting a bladder at a vulcanizing position in a lower mold device and also expanding and contracting it at a tire accepting/delivering position apart a specified distance from the vulcanizing position along the center line of the lower mold device. With an alignment shaft inserted into an upper mold, the bladder, and the lower mold device, a green tire carried to the tire accepting/delivering position is held on the bladder by expanding the bladder and molded into the lower mold device by the bladder, and after vulcanizing treatment, the bladder draws the vulcanized tire from the vulcanizing position to the accepting/delivering position. After the alignment shaft is drawn from the lower mold device and bladder, the bladder is contracted at the accepting/delivering position so that the vulcanized tire can be removed from the bladder.
