An inner assembly has an inner shell arranged in front of an inner side of the outer shell. A seal runs along an edge part of the door assembly and covers a part of fastening areas, where the shells are connected in the areas. The seal (5) is arranged on a plastic bead (4) fixed at the door assembly. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a door assembly.
