A method and system to facilitate publishing and distribution of digital media are disclosed. In one embodiment, the method comprises receiving parameters describing a category of media files. One or more media riles are identified that correspond to the category of media files. The one or more media files are identified as the one or more media files become available. The one or more media files are pushed to a device node according to connectivity parameters.
