Liquid food auxiliary agent (I) comprises: concentrates of red grape, apple, sour cherry, plum, acerola fruit juice, bilberry, lemon, black currant, old, black berry, rose hip, carrot, aronia fruit juice, peach, sloes, apricot, tomato, rasp berry, boysenberry, sallow thorn, red currant; ascorbic acid; dextrose -monohydrate; DL maleic acid; and nitrogen. Liquid food auxiliary agent (I) comprises (wt.%): red grape concentrate (30-55), apple concentrate (5-30), sour cherry concentrate (1-10), plum concentrate (1-10), ascorbic acid (0.5-1.5), dextrose -monohydrate (1-10), DL maleic acid (0.1-1.5), acerola fruit juice concentrate (0.1-1.5), bilberry concentrate (1-3), lemon concentrate (0.1-1), black currant concentrate (1-3), old concentrate (1-3), black berry concentrate (1-2), rose hip concentrate (1-2), carrot concentrate (1-2), aronia fruit juice concentrate (1-10), peach concentrate (1-2), sloes concentrate (0.5-1.5), apricot concentrate (0.5-1.5), tomato concentrate (0.1-1), rasp berry concentrate (0.1-1), boysenberry concentrate (0.1-1), sallow thorn concentrate (0.1-1), red currant concentrate (0.1-1) and nitrogen (0.1-1).
