The damping weight mounting for langlauf ski sticks has a fixing sleeve (6) which clamps around the stick for a non-slip positioning of a holder (1) for the weight. The fixing sleeve has ears (5) with openings (9) to receive a clamping bolt (8). The bolt cannot be released without using tools. The sleeve can be adapted to fit into sticks with different cross sections.
