Housing has sandwich element (2) which consists of a partition wall (5) arranged between an external wall (4) and an inner wall (6) at a distance to it. A fire protection layer (7) is provided between the walls. The external wall, inner wall and partition wall of sandwich element are manufactured from same sturdy material. An independent claim is also included for a sandwich slab for the housing.
