The third form flexible medium is brought from first switching position into second switching position and thus a switching contact (15) opens or closes. The first form flexible medium (2) has a boundary surface (16) on the second form flexible medium (5) and second form flexible medium has a boundary surface (17) on the third form flexible medium (6). The first form flexible medium has an electrode (4) provided with an insulating layer (3) with a control unit for the creation of an electrical tension between it and electrode. An electrical field is produced by the tension and wetting of the electrodes.
