Disclosed is a multilayer body wherein at least an aluminum foil, a chemically treated layer, an olefin resin layer having adhesion to metals and a heat adhesive resin layer are sequentially arranged on a base layer. This multilayer body has a fluororesin layer between the olefin resin layer and the heat adhesive resin layer, and the fluororesin layer is obtained from a fluorine-containing copolymer having a crosslinkable group and a curing agent reactive with the crosslinkable group.
