An improved lubrication system for a hand power tool has a circulating sleeve (50) with an axial opening (55) and with two bores (52) parallel to the axis to locate two pistons (30). The axial bores are linked to radial bores (54) in the sleeve to facilitate the flow of oil in and out of the sleeve. The pistons operate on a cam drive (20) which operates on an impact drive (10) for the hand tool, e.g. power drill.
