The present device accumulates fluid at a constant pressure that is unloads under a higher outflow that of input. The fluid is accumulated in an elastic pipe (1) that if deformed tangentially and longitudinally, which is automatically fired by longitudinal extension that opens the stanch valve. The device can be connected to the sprinklers on the irrigation pipe with the goal to keep the sprinkler reach with reduce of the outflow of the pipeline. The device absorbs blows of water pressure in pipeline preventing the pressure increase and the fluid effusion. The device keeps a constant water supply at the pipeline even, when there is an increased of outputs, the device also breaks the flow when the pressure is below of that one determined demand for the pipeline system.
