When the communication function of a noncontact communicating part is temporarily used during a telephone conversation with the other end of communication, any annoyances are prevented from being felt by the other end of communication. When detecting a near-by communication action by a near-by communication wireless communicating part (12) and also detecting a currently performed communication action of a mobile communication wireless communicating part (11), a communication control part (10) switches to a hold mode, whereby the signal to be transmitted by the mobile communication wireless communicating part (11) to the other end of communication is switched from a telephone conversation sound signal inputted from a microphone (15) to a predetermined informative signal such as a particular message or a hold sound. Upon a termination of the near-by communication action, the communication control part (10) automatically switches back to a telephone conversation mode from the hold mode.
