<p>Agent, for dyeing keratin fibers, preferably human hair, comprises at least a oxidation dye precursor and/or at least a direct dye, and at least 1 wt.% of a water soluble reducing agent. An independent claim is included for a method of toning and/or dyeing keratin fibers, preferably hair, comprising applying a pre-treating agent on the fiber, applying a toning- or dyeing agent on the fiber, where the toning- or dyeing agent is used before the application of a further agent, rinsing the dyeing agent from the fiber after an impact time of 5-30 minutes and optionally applying the treating agent on the fiber and rinsing after an impact time, where the dyeing agent is oxidation dye precursor and/or direct dye and does not contains 1 wt.% of water-soluble reducing agent, when the pre-treating agent contains 1 wt.% of water-soluble reducing agent.</p> |
