<p>A record insertion unit registers, when it inserts a record having a new column value, the column value in a CVT thereby to extend an extensible array. The record insertion unit registers a historical value or a timed sequence of the array extension and the coefficient of a linear function for calculating the offsets of elements in a sub-array, respectively, in a historical value table and a coefficient table thereby to register an initial value in a record number table and to insert the historical values of the elements of the extensible array and the binary set expressions of the offsets as key values into an RDT. This record insertion unit realizes a relational database, which can add the record having a new column value dynamically at the execution time, which can register only the existing record and which can perform the record retrieval at a high speed.</p> |
