An electronic dc amplifier arrangement for use with a star network of resistive sensing elements incorporating at least one active sensing element, the centre of the star 1b is connected to a current to voltage converter comprising a differential amplifier IC1, a current feed back resistor Rf and a reference voltage input 1e, whose output voltage drives the feed resistor so that the voltage at the centre of the star is always equal to the reference voltage, if one sensing element is active the out-of balance current of the star arrangement flows though the feed back resistor which is of a sufficient value to produce a large change in the output voltage. |
