<p>A temporary assembly device comprises a radiator tube feeder (3) feeding a radiator tube (3a) to lower claw parts (14) of a pair of carrier claws (10a, 10b) to have the radiator tube (3a) held on a set base (1), and a condenser tube feeder (5) feeding a condenser tube (5a) to upper claw parts (14) of the pair of carrier claws (10a, 10b) to have the condenser tube (5a) held on first protrusions (23) of positioning guides (25), so that the condenser tube (5a) is disposed immediately above the radiator tube (3a) with a predetermined interval therebetween. In this manner, a first heat exchanger core and a second heat exchanger core are temporarily assembled with these tubes (3a, 5a) being stacked in two tiers.</p> |
