<p>Provided is data transmission in a mobile communications network, more particularly, a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol) flow controlling method for data transmissions in a high-speed mobile communications network in which a handoff/handover is performed, which focuses on that a mobile TCP packet can be identified using a mobile option field for the TCP packet, the method comprising determining which terminal of wired or mobile communications terminals is connected to a server, and controlling a transfer rate by adopting different congestion avoidance according to the determination.</p> |
