A one part epoxy resin composition, characterized in that it comprises a component (a): an epoxy resin, a component (b): VDH and a component (c) a dibasic acid containing four or more carbon atoms and having a melting point of 105 to 137°C. The above one part epoxy resin composition comprises VDH belonging to a hydantoin compound as a curing agent, can be stored at an ordinary temperature, and can provide a uniform and colorless and transparent cured product over a wide heating range from a low temperature to a high temperature.
