<p>In a low voltage system such as a mobile vibrator motor circuit, the capacity Ca of the RaCa soft start circuit is connected to the motor rather than ground, whereby to slow its rate of discharge and hence its apparent size. The switching on of MOSFET MI is thereby slowed without the need for large capacitor.</p> |
