<p>Tooth-care preparations containing ethanolamine fluoride and amino acids These preparations, in the form of solutions, gels, pastes, powders, tablets, lozenges, lotions, ointments, or chewing gum, contain 0.5-15.0% by wt. of ethanolamine hydrofluoride and 0.01-10.0% amino acids, pref. glycine, methionine and/or serine. The pH of the composition in an aqueous medium should be 3.5-6.5 Synergistic suppression of the acidic decay of teeth is achieved.</p> |
