THE PRESENT INVENTION RELATES TO A TWO-STAGE SOLAR POWERED VENTILATION DEVICE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE. THE DEVICE COMPRISES A FIRST STAGE VENTILATION MEANS FOR TRANSFERRING AIR FROM PASSENGER CABIN TO TRUNK ROOM, A SECOND STAGE VENTILATION MEANS FOR EXPELLING AIR FORM TRUNK ROOM TO OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE, A SOLAR CELL (1), A STORAGE MEDIA (3), A CONTROL MEANS (5), A FIRST SENSOR (6) FOR SENSING TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE THE VEHICLE AND A SECOND SENSOR (7) FOR SENSING TEMPERATURE INSIDE THE VEHICLE. WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE REACHES A FIRST PRE-SET VALUE, THE CONTROL MEANS (5) WILL ACTIVATE THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE VENTILATION MEANS. WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE REACHES A SECOND PRE-SET VALUE, THE CONTROL MEANS (5) WILL ACTIVATE THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE VENTIALTION MEANS.WHEN THE TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE REACHES A SECOND PRESET VALUE,THE CONTROL MEANS (5) WILL DEACTIVATE THE FIRST AND SECOND STAGE VENTILATION MEANS.
