Prosthesis has an artificial replacement body (10) and mechanism (11) for connecting replacement body with remaining bone section. Shank (1) which can be inserted in bone cavity and it is fixed to face of bone section. Front surface is surrounded by shank. Twist lock is formed by one pair of twist lock pins which are extruded towards each other w.r.t. axle of shank in axial direction from the front side. An independent claim is also mentioned for equipment which is preparing bone section.
