<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably evaluate a node-fixed network having a timewise change or a change by some kind of operation, including a communication network, a traffic flow volume, a human network. <P>SOLUTION: The timewise change in the node-fixed network is indicated based on the degree of similarity of the networks changed with leading time and lagging time. In addition, a difference in links between the node-fixed network and each node is indicated based on the degree of similarity of the network.
