<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide low-carbohydrate noodle highly containing protein, and having a relatively large amount of powdered soybean. <P>SOLUTION: The low-carbohydrate noodle is obtained through subjecting mixed raw material comprising wheat flour at 100 pts. wt., soybean powder at 60-500 pts. wt., activated gluten at 15-60 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the soybean powder, devil's tongue powder at 1-10 pts. wt. based on 100 pts. wt. of the soybean powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
