COMPREHENSIVE QUALITY ESTIMATION DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily estimate a comprehensive quality considering psychological factors of users for real time communication service, from physical feature quantities showing physical performance of the service.

SOLUTION: A psychological feature quantity estimation model 14A and a comprehensive quality estimation model 14B are stored in a storage part 14 of a comprehensive quality estimation device, and psychological feature quantities are estimated from physical feature quantities of the service on the basis of the psychological feature quantity estimation model 14A by a psychological feature quantity estimation part 15A, and a desired comprehensive quality for the service is estimated from psychological feature quantities estimated by the psychological feature quantity estimation part 15A, on the basis of the comprehensive quality estimation model 14B by a comprehensive quality estimation part 15B.
