PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet superior in a cushioning property. SOLUTION: In the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet, a column resin part observed in a cross section in a thickness direction satisfies condition (1) that a number average density of the column resin part crossing the thickness center line of the foamed sheet is 1-20 column/mm and condition (2) that the average thickness of the column resin part crossing the thickness center line of the foamed sheet is 10-500μm.
