PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit which employs energy accumulated from a low energy stage so as to reduce energy load acting on a hydraulic pump at a high energy stage. SOLUTION: A hydraulic circuit 100 employed to operate an operation instrument in construction machinery utilizes a power lower than a power for elongating a cylinder 120 for the sake of a reaction of a hydraulic cylinder, for instance. In order to reduce an energy load acting on a hydraulic pump 101 at a high energy stage, the hydraulic circuit 100 employing energy accumulated from a low energy stage is provided. Energy from a hydraulic pump is enhanced during the low energy stage to increase the amount of hydraulic energy to be accumulated.
