PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine cart which is excellent in maneuverability during a filling time and a returning time of the medicine. SOLUTION: The medicine cart is equipped with a cassette 10 which stores the two or more medicines 15 linearly arranged in standing positions and is open upward, and a pressing member 47 which is disposed in the cassette 10 to press the rearmost medicine 15c to the front, wherein an insertion guiding section 51 is disposed at an end section of the pressing side of the pressing member 47 to be capable of inserting the medicine 15 between the pressing member 47 and the rearmost medicine 15c.
