PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely push a medicine to the side of a rotor without scaling up an apparatus, receiving a lot of restrictions in a layout and damaging the medicine. SOLUTION: A pushing means which pushes the medicine stored in a cassette 3 to the side of the rotor 23 and arranges the same is constituted to include a casing 35, a constant-load spring 36 which is disposed in the casing 35 and is equipped with a spring section 41 of which the pointed head is fixed to the side of the rotor 23 of the cassette 3, a locking plate 42 which is disposed in the casing 35 and is equipped with a gear section 46 to be engaged with and disengaged from a locking rack 26 formed in the cassette 3, and a pressing block 43 which projects to be capable of pressing from a touching surface to touch the medicine in the casing 35 and rotates the locking plate 42 by being pressed to separate the gear section 46 from the locking rack 26.
