PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, for a reason that a location of an AC plug for a conventional charger and the like is fixed to a device, it is difficult to connect the AC plug to an AC outlet, or it needs another extension cable depending on a location of the AC outlet, and shapes of them are different among countries. SOLUTION: An AC device has a means for improving usability so that the AC device has a structure capable of rotating and/or sliding on a connector to the AC outlet, can house the AC plug, and can connect an AC plug holder for special use. The AC device has the means for rotating and sliding the direction and location of the AC plug holder without restraint, can be connected to the AC outlet independently of the location of the AC outlet, can solve the problem that an adjacent outlet is blocked by connecting an AC gear to an AC outlet, and has excellent usability independently of the outlet shapes of countries.
