PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy recognition of a position where an attribute-placing plane that is a virtual plane for adding attribute information such as dimension to a 3D model created by using a CAD is set. SOLUTION: In the CAD apparatus, the attribute-placing plane that is a virtual plane associating attribute information such as dimension with a shape element of the 3D model, and when the attribute-placing plane is selected, the shape element of the 3D model associated with the attribute-placing plane is highlighted.
