PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a concrete side ditch block, integrally moldable with the concrete side ditch block, without clogging a water permeable porous body. SOLUTION: A pair of packing 12a and 12b are incorporated in close contact into an inner surface of a form 10 in a state of nipping a water permeable porous concrete plate 2 by the pair of packing 12a and 12b, and the pair of packing 12a and 12b are removed by separating from a mold after being molded by pouring ready-mixed concrete 4 into the form 10.
